Flip Player

If you are looking for a comfortable and efficient media player, then you might want to look at Flip Player. Before it displays its main user interface, Flip Player will always present a list of recently played videos on a small window, on which you can also find options for opening other files, playing an introduction video, viewing a user guide, as well as a quick link to the application's website. You can also look through the menus, on the top edge of the screen, to find options for opening video streams, editing controls and more.

The main user interface has a clean and simple design. It plays videos on a borderless window, but you can bring up the video's timeline, a play/pause button and a volume controller, by hovering with the mouse cursor over this window. Besides switching to full screen mode, it is possible to dim the lights around the interface, if you prefer to watch something in windowed mode.

Flip Player comes with various Export options as well. They enable you to send your videos to other programs, like Episode, Wirecast, iMovie and others. Furthermore, the application provides similar options for Apple devices, like the iPhone, iPad or iPod and even for the Apple TV.
